Johnny Newcome's chop shop back in the news

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A B.C. man that the province said was behind one of the largest-scale chop shops ever busted in the Okanagan has agreed to forfeit customized motorcycles. A news release from the province said John Newcome reached a court approved settlement and signed over two dozen complete or partial motorcycles, including custom Harley-Davidsons, to B.C.’s Civil Forfeiture Office."

This largest-scale chop shops ever busted in the Okanagan was tied directly to the Kelowna Hells Angels and as David Giles admitted on wire tap, not all Hells Angels are personally involved in criminal activity but when anyone uses the name of the club for criminal activity they have to have the approval of the local executive first. That means that convicted cocaine trafficker David Giles had to have approved this chop shop for that Hells Angels associate to use the name of the club to conduct business.

It's interesting to note that this case is back in the news now as a press release from the provincial government right before a provincial election. Funny they should mention this case. Before this largest ever chop shop tied to the Hells Angels was busted, the official gang task force spokesperson for the province went on record to state that the Hells Angels aren't a problem in Kelowna, the other guys are. Not.

Right after that a joint task force including the Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Unit proved him wrong in a very big way by busting David Giles and numerous Kelowna Hells Angels associates in yet another huge drug trafficking ring as well as a huge stolen car, boat and motorcycle ring. So how did the Christy Clark government respond? They immediately disband the OMGU and cut funding to the Gang Task force. The hard working officers involved in the bust were all transferred to other departments like IHIT, then the next spin doctor they put in charge went back to saying the Hells Angels aren't a problem here any more. Thus the circus side show continues unbridled.

Interesting to note that the province specifically bragged about seizing numerous stolen Harley Davidsons as the proceeds of crime. Seizing stolen vehicles? How about return them to their rightful owners? They only seized the motorcycles but not the cars and boats? Were those returned to their rightful owners? Handing over the stolen motorcycles got Johnny Newcome a get out of jail free card. Pat Fogarty was the one that covered up the RCMP's sabotage of Operation Pheonix which targeted Weirrd Hal Porteous.

On that note, the Vancouver Sun is reporting that "B.C. is the front line of a developing skirmish between federal Finance Department officials and Canadian lawyers over rules designed to fight money laundering. In a Supreme Court of Canada ruling in 2015, lawyers won an exemption from reporting requirements that apply to other professionals, such as bankers and real estate agents. The ruling was based on concerns about lawyer-client privilege. B.C. lawyers argued they protect confidentiality while counteracting money laundering risks by policing themselves."

Lawyers are policing themselves on money laundering. Great idea. At a local demonstration one concerned citizen asked me at what point a crooked lawyer becomes an honest judge? Is there supposed to be some kind of epiphany that takes place because I'm not seeing it. Me either. Peter Leask has yet to retire when he ages out at 75. That is a crime all in itself.

I will add that if this is one of the custom motorcycles seized then the provincial government is bragging about committing ICBC Fraud. It was reported stolen under highly suspicious circumstances by Josh Armstrong. If the provincial government seized that motorcycle after ICBC paid that fraudulent claim then the provincial government has just scammed ICBC and the rest of us who pay insurance there. Maybe a member of the gang task force will get a great deal on a stolen motorcycle. Did the person who bought it pay $160,000 for it? I highly doubt it.

The Canadian and American Budgets: State of the Fraud

The US Media were all over Trumps budget. It is insanely painful to watch the CIA's ridiculous spam using the mainstream media like a puppet of propaganda. They are still going on and on about the false claim that Russia hacked the US election. No they didn't, the Mainstream media lied in their polls just like they lied about Iraq's weapons of Mass Destruction.

The main thrust of the American budget was to do away with Obamacare and increase military spending to record levels. Now I'm all for military spending. Canada could improve greatly in this area. It's just that I'm for smart spending and fiscally responsible spending. The Boeing super hornet is good, the F-35 are not. THAAD missile defense is good but the Rafael is better. Canada should have some of these like Israel's Iron Dome.

Increasing the Pentagon's budget to record levels is nothing to be happy about. The Pentagon cannot account for half of what it spends. The day before 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon couldn't account for 3 trillion dollars. After 9/11 that figure went right off the charts. If that is not organized crime, I don't know what it.

In Canada Harm Promotion is hell bent on destroying our public healthcare system with prescription heroin and the perpetual pharmaceutical fraud that we are funding with tax dollars. On top of that, the BC Hydro fraud has pushed us right to the edge of the fiscal cliff. Christy Clark's perpetual fudge it budgets keep hiding that fact with smoke and mirrors but unfortunately no sleight of hand with make that criminal act of fraud go away. The only thing that will fix that fraud is by bringing back the private power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. Terson Gas is fine but the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro are not. That fraud needs to be addressed this election while we still can.

New psychedelic drug is behind six drug overdoses in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

CBC is reporting that police say a new psychedelic drug is behind six drug overdoses in Prince Albert, Sask., on Feb. 20. A Prince Albert man is charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm, trafficking 2C-B and possessing the proceeds of crime.

Tax paid drinking lounges

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to safe injection sites is that no one in their right mind would give alcohol to an alcoholic. That would not be in their best interest nor would it be socially responsible. Guess what. That is exactly what our tax dollars are now doing. How in the f*ck is that going to help the opioid crisis? It's not. It is going to promote alcoholism just like they are promoting every other addiction under the sun to satisfy the demands of their campaign contributors. The Portland Hotel Society can rot in Hell.

Tribal and Syndicate drug bust in Fort McMurray

My McMurray is reporting that Members of the Tribal and Syndicate outlaw motorcycle groups have been arrested in Fort McMurray following a drug trafficking investigation. Darren Paulson, a 49-year-old Tribal member and Thomas George, a 28-year-old Red Deer Syndicate member are both facing multiple charges related to trafficking. Police seized a trace amount of cocaine, magic mushrooms and a loaded handgun with the serial number filed off.

As we previously reported, Rick Levesque, the not so bright left over from the Ontario Nomads is in charge of the Syndicate in Fort McMurray. The bust is significant because it shows that the Alberta Gang Task force is keeping he pressure on as is the Ontario Biker Enforement Unit unlike Christy Clark's reorganized gang promotion unit in BC.

Hells Angel associate pleads guilty in West Kelowna fentanyl bust

McCulloch’s girlfriend, 26-year-old Rebekka Rae White, is also charged with the same two offenses. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for May. These two are tied to Quentin James.

Johnny K-9 is dead

Tragically, the National Post is reporting that Natural causes succeed where mob hit men and gangsters failed - Johnny K-9 is dead. The Hamilton Spectator is reporting that a autopsy will be performed to confirm whether or not he did in fact die of natural causes. His wife said he had an ongoing respiratory ailment and told her he was dying. A salute to the soldier. We liked him.

Hells Angel Drug Bust in Belleville, Ontario

Quinte News is reporting that "Several people from Belleville, Ontario have been charged with trafficking cocaine, including a man said to be associated with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, after a drug raid in the city’s east end. Thirty-six-year-old Blair Crawford, 46-year-old Kevin Cox and 19-year-old Meaghan Cox were charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime. According to police, Crawford is associated with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club."

November 30th 2016 a member and associate of a Hells Angels puppet club called the Iron Dragon’s Motorcycle Club were arrested in Belleville, Ontario and charged with posession of cocaine for the purpose of traficking.

I guess that's because Ontario still has a Biker Enforcement Unit. Christy Clark did away with ours after they were so successful in the Kelowna Summer Jam. Here in BC, every time a police task force found organized crime, a government body disbanded that police task force. .

Update: The Intelligencer is reporting that this bust has expanded to include the arrst of a Hells Angel member. "Over the course of the probe, OPP say investigators seized 11,500 pills containing fentanyl, eight kilograms of cocaine and 7.5 kilograms of ecstasy, among other drugs and drug equipment." Hells Angels trafficking fentanyl. No wonder Christy Clark cut back the Gang Task force and the OMGU. So they can continue to promote the fentanyl fraud.

Low Barrier Shelters are Nothing to be Happy About

Someone wrote into the Vancouver Province and said low barrier shelters and nothing to be happy about. "The media reports the opening of the new low-barrier shelter in Guildford like it’s a wonderful resort for which we should all be proud. 'Low barrier' means they can do drugs, bring and store stolen property, and even sell it without interference — even sell drugs. It really means there are no rules." They are absolutely right.

A low barrier homeless shelter means it is a tax funded drug house like the Lookout and the Front Room. I'm all for a homeless shelter in Guildford but anyone who approved a low barrier shelter in Guildford should go to jail. This is how corrupt politicians use tax dollars to promote the drug trade. People need homes not drugs.

When Doug McCallum was mayor of Surrey he evicted crack houses onto the street. I saw it. When Dianne Watts and Surrey First were elected they did the exact opposite. Now the Surrey's Worst legacy is building crack houses with tax dollars. I'll see you in hell.
